where organisation is responsible for promotion of
product and driving sales volume in order to make
profits.
In regard of British Airways, there is cross
functional relationship that helps in achieving goals
and objectives. This builds relationship with
audience across nation and region.
HR with marketing ā€“ HR is one who formulates
policies and regulation for organisation welfare and
marketing helps to provide the vacant information
which results to maintain good operation. In context to
British Airways, marketing department advertise
vacant position and role which supports HRM
department by hiring skilled and experienced
employees who serve to customers in good ways and
increase organisational productivity.
Production and marketing ā€“ This is another function
which are interrelated with each other. There are
different type of people who wants different food
which is produced by production department.
Production department understand needs of economic
class and premium class of people and produce food
and other services according. Moreover, different
travelling packages and accommodation services are
introduced by marketing department after getting
information from production department which helps
to maintain easy operation in organisation.
Legal and marketing ā€“ They are also interrelated as
different rules and regulation are formulated by legal
department which are important for marketing
department to follow them and maintain the operation.
For instance, when tickets to travel on a flight are
bought by customers then they enter in to a contract to
carriage with organisation which ensures marketing
department to follow the rules and maintain good
operation.
