2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do and
what was the outcome?)
Answer 2 - I currently was a part of supervising team to work along with operations employees
in my current organisation. The task was to accomplish targets of products with together efforts
and team work due to shortage of time period and rise of high demand. I being into supervision

team because of reason I have good understanding of product design, features according to
customers demand also, I have good communitarian and inflective way of talking. At initial
level, I take lead to inspire new team members to work with more dedication by ensuring
guidelines and authorities.
The team was of newly hired people and does not engaged in producing packages of food
packaging. They never carried out such work but have to put their efforts as per my instruction,
and started correctly performing it.
I guided them to be practical and creative by providing them a piece of design sample
which helped them a lot in making the packaging similar to it. I made targets to come up with
25000 packets in a day which we have achieved as my team was working at workplace and I was
preparing stock records with each packet cost and classify them as per different size and design.

Answer 3- Approach, techniques and tools are playing a vital role into organisation to carry out
complex work situation and be realistic by providing practical solution. When I was performing
my internship programme, we have assigned a task to identify each customers preference by
utilising our own talent in observing and making best outcomes, the results will then be declare
through making contact with 50 people. It was difficult at first to classify each people as per their
age, colour, background and income group. For that instance, I make myself go through with
marketing approaches that are useful for classification. Then I come to know about STP
approach, which is most useful in making segmentation of the product and target market on the
basic of physiological and demographical factors. But I had changed my way to perform this
task, I used STP approach through online channels and conduct a survey which have analyses
that many number of people come up with low income group and others are moderately changed
their preference in quantity of products. This approach has helped me in targeting customers
easily by understanding their buying power and squeeze my area of visit as a sales manager.

Answer 4- The job is that role, in which many tasks and duties arrive sometimes at sudden
basis, but we could not get off it or loses out motivation. Every work has a solution if found with
dedication and concentration. When I Was a part of internship programme, I had to various task
which have came to its deadlines. I needed to manage my exciting as well and priority work in
order to give justification of my work. I am a person who does not fear from scolding but afraid
of failure. I need to complete my work on a very short time. I decided to talk with my team
leader and senior manager to tell me about deadlines of project so that I manage my work

recent one. Similarly, by breaking down my work into time frames and challenging myself to
make completion. It helped me in completing the work before deadlines. This has result me in
achieving my success as target ruler. It shown me my best potential in working with pressure and
enhance my productivity credentials. I achieved the best ranker of internship award.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your point
of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
Answer 5- During my internship sessions, I need to work with many authorities allegations and I
was not authorized to use company’s assets to the full extent. Through this problem, I need to
cope up with many complex work situation which leads to lower down efficiency and
productivity.
The issues was ended when one day, I required data excess for checking up customers
response on social platforms, but my manager refused to provide with the passwords and
authentication. Therefore, I was being told to work by my own. In that situation, I loosed my
morale in working due to less valuable behaviour.
Here I need to put my initiative communication skills where I requested my manager to
listen with the use of data authorisation, then I explained him a clear outcomes of its use and
security control. My strategies and target was this much accountable that manager was impressed
with my ideas and thoughts and provided me authentication for the same.
Therefore, in the end, I got appreciation by my other trainees and managers to put my
ideas and took a stand for keeping my point of view when no one has this much potential.

Description: For assigned a task in my internship, me and my team mates are working on
analysis trends into industries. We need to make presentation in one day, we did not knew about
how far the data needs to be collected and we stated working on making notes without
considering time and without proper communication(Barnes, C., Burdzy, K. and Gauthier, C.E.,
2019). We were become so concentrate in work that the deadline got delayed as we were not able
to complete the presentation on time.
Feelings: While finding out most relevant data, I got quite irritated and loosen up interest
in finding out what requires the most. My irritation took a level up but then things are taking turn
and found a correct solution to our problems. By finding some of journals and news coverage
will start putting up them in presentation.
Evaluation: The presentation has made well at on deadline, but it was satisfactory
concept as my teammates have also put their good efforts. Some of them were loosen up their
interest but I motivated them to come back up to the targets (Bravenboer, D., 2018). Here I
evaluate that I could more work on my communication skills.
Analysis: By analysing our group efforts, I found that there were lack of group ism as all
team mates started working on their own part (Hopper, T.D. and Iwasaki, Y., 2017). This has
become hurdle and reason for miss communication and delay in project completion. Therefore,
overall efforts were made at last and things go well.
Conclusion: At the end, the conclusion drawn on looking forward to take initiative for
help others and work by dividing each work into segments through which less confusion will
take place. Also, I drawn an analysis on less effective skills that we need to boost up while
moving for a project submission (Dwyer, and Davidson, 2020). The skills need to be perfect to
take time challenge and effective outcomes.
Action plan: The future plan is going to be on increasing personal skill of
communication and time management. These two are the key components for work assigned for
deadlines. I will improve these skills in less time to get success in my projects and enhance time
management advantages.
