schedule. Due to hectic timing and immense work load, I became overburdened with work and was
not able to accomplish the targets on time. This led several chaos in my life which also impacted
upon the studies and assignments as well. In order to solve the concern, I resorted to the
development of an ideal virtual journal in the mobile phone that helped in gain an overview about
the pending tasks that I need to complete in a day. The virtual journal reminded me about the
pending tasks within regular interval of time which helped me to align my focus to the same. The
concerned idea assisted me to accomplish all my pending work within few days. It also helped to
become more assertive and attentive towards my daily work and complete the tasks on the time
with effectiveness and accuracy. Before the capitalisation of this idea, I used to procrastinate and get
lethargic while facing extreme work burden, but with the application of the idea, I became more
active and enthusiastic as well as it also helped me to manage my time in an orderly manner.

point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
When I was working as intern, I faced a situation wherein I had to prove the viability of my idea
through leading an constructive argument and winning the same in order to get my proposal
accepted in the work setting. The entire panel was not please by my concept in the initial start of
marketing proposal presentation and asked me complex questions regarding the same. Despite the
unwillingness and disinterest showcased by the panel, I tried my level best to present my proposal
in a considerate manner. I gave brilliant answers to all the conflicting investigation and cross
questioning regarding the proposal and had belief in my idea which really impressed the panel. I
knew that my proposal was viable enough to get selected. My self confidence and motivation
allowed me to convex the panel to change their point of view. In the end, the panel applauded my
