Competitor factors mainly comprises of the owners of pasta restaurant that is explained
by the competitors. The company has built a large 30 seat outdoor eating area that is seem to be
fully every time when is a person is passing by. Company is also looking to open franchise
change, pasta by which had opened at just send to the suburbs of local customers.
Economic factors include governments past company things about their cells that have
become a big change in the last few years as because they are not updated with start so can
provide various types of information which is identified in the case study. It can only be said
from the case study that the company is not able to achieve short term, medium term as well as
longs period hope of their commercial in terms of credit available.
The demographic factor mainly falls under the age group of 25 to 50 that is from the
young professionals who live close to the location and still the old aged people. They should
have an income over $60,000 monthly in order to spend some time in the restaurant.
Technological factors include that the government pasta restaurant is facing various types
of problem like parking area which is having a big impact on the people who are known for
