INTRODUCTION
Marketing refers to the action which helps to promote the product and services by
marketing research. It is also promoting the services and product by advertising. In this report, I
have discussed about some profession of marketing. This study is reflective which will show the
trends which will impact on the marketing professions. This study will help me to develop my
career and profession in this sector (Hardy, and Totman, 2020). I am also discussing my personal
analysis with the help of SWOT analysis which will help me to know my strengths, weakness,
threats. I will discuss about my action plan on my threats and weakness and how I develop them.
In this report I am a effecting marketing manager where I am going to discuss my strengths,
weakness in this field, and how I develop my performance for future. I also updated my cv and
LinkedIn profile in this report.

Personal Analysis
Personal analysis is the term which is measure by SWOT analysis for an individual.
Which provide to analysis the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of personal skills.
Personal analysis play a vital role because it helps to know about yourself and also help to
develop it for future. It is the success key by analysis the personal analysis which is help to
measure the problems and issues and develop it with perfect solutions. It is refers to the study of
personal phase of person which identifies the performance and weakness of a person. Personal
analysis ]can be conduct as by looking for opportunities, consider and recognized the threat, self
motivation, analysis the weakness and study of your strength to consider the weakness. As being
part of marketing manager in UK i analysis some of my strength and weakness in this field.
Being a marketing manager also helps to know about my skills which I can develop for future.
Communication: It is play a vital role in today's culture because it is help to
communicate with peoples. Communication is the term of interaction with people which help to
communicate with them. It is important for identify the behavior of people. This skills is strength
for me in this field because being a effective marketing manager I analysis that I have goods
communications skills. I can easily communicate with peoples and interact to motivate them to
buy the product and services from market.

Collaboration: It can be define the skills to achieve something or create something as
common goal. It is also called as team work where two or more people are working as team. It is
refers to the departments includes HR, Sales, Finance etc. which is help us to collect the
information about customers and performance of marketing functions (Maree, Fletcher, and
Pienaar, 2018). It is my weakness, being a marketing manager, I analysis that I am not good in
this skill, I have many skills but I want collaboration skills for achieve my goals.
Research: It is refers to the data which is collect by research including primary and
secondary research. It is the skill which help to determine the effective analytical techniques of
own personality and attitude. A Marketing manager should have this skills which is help in to
research and development. For any success of marketing, manager have this ability to collect the
information about customers. I analysis that for me, it is threat for me because at the beginning I
can’t interact with peoples and can’t collect the information. Which is the error for being a
manager.
Creativity: It is the term which is play a vital role for any organization which introduce
many new new creation in the market which helps to attract the customer and increase the sales.
Creativity is must important feature in person which helps the person to create the personality
more effective. It is refers to the creative ideas which is help in to create something new.
Creativity helps to increase the sales because every customer like any kind of product which is
unique or new. To have a this skills will help in attract more customers and increase the sales. I
have this skills to make something new or unique, being a marketing manager, having this skills
people are attracting with my creativity which is the advantages for market.
Adaptability: This skill is define as the situation which is change to improve the
company's performance. In other words, It is refer to the change a situation and function which is
help the company in great extent. This skills help in to create the changes in development and
situation quickly. Adaptability is define as adapt the new change for handle the problems and
issues and solve it with effective change. Having this skills will help to adapt any kind of
situation and handle with perfect solution. It is my strength, I have this skills, I have analysis that
I have ability to change the needs for customers which help the company to achieve the goals
(May, and et.al., 2018).

It is the term of plan which is set by planning for the career which is help to set and
develop the skills which are not perfect. In other words, career action plan is refers to the planing
and developing the skills for future performance. It is help to achieve the goals by develop the
skills. It is identifying by knowledge of strength, weakness, opportunities and threat which is
analysis by personal analysis. Career action plan helps to know about the skills in which you are
good and develop those skills in which your are not good. It can be long term or short term goals

much time. I have so many skills but as a Marketing manager there should more skills to perform
