This is a report that is focused toward providing a proper development plan for my future
career. The career plan is designed to help me develop essential growth prospects in the
marketing field. I want to pursue a professional career in marketing in Australia. The study is a
systematic analysis of my capabilities and their alignment with the goals that I want to achieve in
my professional life. The industry has also been much effectively analyzed in relation to its
future growth and development prospect. It is important to view the career paths in order to
determine their value towards improving the job prospects of any person. Career plan is
important to develop in order to realize all the important career goals and optimally develop
professional skills and experience in a given professional field. The career plan is important
towards developing all the significant growth aspects that are required.

Firstly, I have chosen marketing because of the various opportunities that the industry offers. At
the same time the marketing jobs are well paying jobs along with providing an effective platform
for professional development of people.

as this is a job that can help to optimize many personal skills. The profession is also very good
for learning. Many things like promotion and value can be effectively learnt. There are other
significant offerings that can be achieved through marketing. It can boost creativity to greater

and Malone 2016). My strengths lie in the matter is that I am a thing oriented person. I am

oriented skill development may also not work out in the event of any major turnaround. As a
career alternative I would like to pursue the advertising profession. This is a profession that is

and Marques 2018). I would like to have an alternate career in marketing. For the marketing
