In respect of undertaking the role of assistant marketing manager, I feel that it carries
various duties and responsibilities and also had to report to marketing manager on timely
bases. As the sales and growth of the company are depending upon the marketing strategies
which is mainly undertaken by the marketing department in respect of retaining customer
interest (Wasilow and Thorpe, 2019).
The dilemma which is faced by the assistant marketing managers is relating to
working under the budget and also carries effective communication between the sales and
brand department. As in few cases the issues is raised regarding receiving different planning
and implementing proposal in respect of adapting the latest techniques to promote the
services but crises raised regarding facing less budgets (Crane and et.al., 2019). Marketing is
the target based job and thus target are raised in respect of attracting the particular segment of
customer towards the business within the particular time period. In respect of internal
management, the major issues are faced regarding managing the interest of the employees at
work place. As it is tough to provide training and guidance regarding undertaking the

with dedication and loyalty.

the movement of the employees and the work which they are committed on daily bases to be
accomplished in right manner. As most of the employees are using various other sites during
the working hours, thus restriction are imposed in respect of not using the personal sites
(Ersoy and et.al., 2018). I find that by implementing advanced software regarding tracking
the records and also allowing access to search for limited sites, helps in securing the company
information in better way. This also results in managing the employee’s interest by using the
company sites for official purpose only.
The outcome which is raised through this outcome that employees are more dedicated
towards the work and using their free time in bringing innovative ideas at work place. As it is
necessary to make changes at the places where they are carrying the work and thus, new and
creative ideas are adapted to motivate each other (Murphy, Laczniak and Harris, 2016).
Another outcome which is examined is relating to retaining the interest of the employees at
work place for longer time, as this is undertaken through carrying the effective
communication at work place. By this aspects employees feel more comfortable and flexible
regarding sharing any issues which they are facing during attaining any task.
I learned that the team work resulting in providing major benefits to the company as
marketing is the techniques which the company adapts regarding promoting the business.
Thus, it is necessary that employees must be creative and carry unique ideas to attain the task
in better way. In such manner I feel that team work is necessary in bringing new ideas in
business (Patterson, Wilkins and Painter, 2018). I also learned that the effective
communication resulting in presenting the ideas in better way. By this aspects, it resulting in
building trust among employees and also they can share the ideas freely with the superiors.
This solutions are applied in my present working situation through gaining the interest
