INTRODUCTION
The word career research is one of the important aspect that assist an individual to attain
opportunity after the completion of their qualification or graduation. It is referred as a study to
look into the new possibilities so that career prospects may be effective and better. It allow an
individual to outline important training or other relevant courses which is required in order to
start a new career (Waters and Williams, 2021). Career research help a person to identify the
extent of interest which in turn help in developing future goals as well as paths in an appropriate
way. In the present report, personal analysis is conducted that includes strength and weakness
associated to particular field. In addition to this, review of competences, knowledge and skills
needed to gain opportunity as per interest level will be explained. By conducting self evaluation
and with the help of my mentors, it is identified by me that my knowledge level and skills is
suitable to perform the job role of marketing sector. It is analyzed by me that marketing sector is
one of the most growing and emerging sector that help a person to gain higher growth, to
improve, to learn and to develop themselves both professionally as well as personally. The job in
marketing sector can help me to apply my knowledge and skills effectively that further improve
efficiency and productivity of an organization where I will work in future.
