Career view is the process where a student can evaluate and decide their career
opportunities according to their profession, skills and knowledge. The profession chosen for the
Marketing Manager. Marketing manager plays a important role in any organisation either small
or big. Marketing manager have to build the relationship with the precious customers of the
company. They have to build the strategies for development and execution marketing plans to
meet the customers need and maximize profits (Haeger, 2017). Marketing managers has main
focus is to help for achieving targets and satisfying the customers need. The topics covered in the
report are; general trends which will gives the positive impact on the on the marketing manager,
the skills, knowledge and expertise required to perform the job role and in last an advertisement
on the chosen job role and how it impact and beneficial to the graduates.

personalized need of them. For the marketing manager it is important to maintain a good

customer opinions and demand. These influencer must be genuine and trustworthy to an

basis and help the organisation to achieve their targets and completing the pre-defined goals of
the company. For all these work a manager must needed to gain acquired knowledge regarding
with the different marketing environment and must have the ability to manage the uncertain
