After the hit of
coronavirus pandemic the
learning and teaching process
have gone under a drastic
change. Online teaching was
already in trend for special
courses but now it has become
necessary to carry out
education process online for
all. With the change in
learning process it has also
created various challenges
Cultural issues: There are
students in Business United
from different culture speaking
different native language
because some students have
recently travelled to England
because of the lock down
(Norouzinia and et.al 2016).
Thus, online classes doesn't
allow the students to fill
cultural gap and students feel
homesick.
Ways to overcome
communication challenges
Solving technical errors:
Business United can arrange
high-speed Wi-Fi connection
for the teachers. It can provide
the teacher with new updated
software and tools to
encourage effective learning.
The learning process in
Business United is carried out
by zoom lectures (Iftikhar and
et.al., 2017) So it can use any
other vacant application or
even design its own application
to make the learning process
smother.
Solving noise issues: If
technical issues are solved the

created because of the
complain of voice breaks. The
teachers in order to solve noise
issues can mute all the
speakers of the students and
ask the students to switch on
their videos. While in case of
any doubt or query the students
can raise hand and ask question
after the teacher finish the
lecture.
Cultural issues: Business
United should arrange
Teachers training programmes
for the teachers.. It should
organize one-to-one sessions
for the teachers and students
