INTRODUCTION
The proper maintaining of the digital marketing and communication will help the
organisation to act as the impactful attribute for an organisation. The proper management of
digital or online operations will help an organisation which will improve the quality of the
products and services. This will also improve the overall operations and management of business
activities. The present report will cover up the reflection of the presentation on principles of
marketing and communication in manufacturing of Airpod.
The reflection will cover in the details about what went well and what not went well
along with the information about one's own contribution with the output of other team members.
This will help in proper understanding of the impact laid by digital marketing operations in much
effective and significant way. It also discusses various risk factors and their solution that is been
carried out within organisation which will improve the better performance of an organisation.
What went well
Based on assessment of digital marketing and communication process, I can say that the
proper management of these operations will help the organisation to carry out the
communication and marketing process. This will help in proper handling of the various operation
and thus will improve the performance of the organisation to a greater extent. This will improve
the overall marketing operations of business activities to a higher level (Armstrong, G. and et.al.,
2014). The biggest achievement or advantage of the digital marketing and communication
processes is that it helps in proper handling of the advertising of goods and services that are been
taken in consideration by me for marketing of Airpod.
The discussion of various principles and operation based on the segmentation of market
and the reason of using a particular strategy will help in meeting the proper management of
business operations to a greater level. Besides this, the classification of clients or customers
persona will help me to have a better understanding of the buying segment and improvement in
the product and service quality. The major advantage of this segmentation process which I found
is that it helps in proper classification of products and services as per the taste, needs and
demographics of the customer (Waters, 2017). I found that it helps in solving the biggest
problem related to the supplying the products and services and thus will improve the quality of
operation in much suitable manner. This will help in improving the quality of services and thus

What was not so well
I found that in the project, the proper implementation of the STP (Segmentation, targeting
and Positioning) approach is been considered that will help in proper management of business
activities and thus will improve the quality of services that are been taken in consideration by
firm. However, it overshadowed the other marketing objectives (Newman, Peck and Wilhide
2017). On my personal belief, I found that the proper assessment of marketing mix components
were inadequate that will impact the business activities and operations. This will also improve
the quality of operations and furthermore the qualities of operations to a greater extent.
I believe that the proper assessment of these factors will help the organisation to improve
the quality of business activities and this will improve the quality of operation in much suitable
way. The proper assessment of the marketing mix approaches will help in proper management of
business activities and thus will impact the overall performance of the organisation to carry out
effective placing of business activities in much suitable way. I utilized this as the opportunity to
improve my skill set and knowledge related to global marketing activities.
My own contribution
I effectively contributed in the project by the effective assessment of the target audience
and gaining a proper idea about the extent of operation's that are been carried within M&S. This
assessment has not only helped the project to get more precise and appropriate, but also
supported me to improve my knowledge and business ideas to a greater level in much suitable
way (Mayer, Borges and Simske, 2018). I also evaluated the key drivers of marketing which
influence the needs and demands of customers and gave out my output and recommendations on
how to manage them with preciseness. Besides this, I also interpreted the key market trends
which are ongoing and communicated to develop a proper and more innovative marketing plan
that will help me to improve my performance to a greater level. This project helped me to
improve my personal knowledge and skill sets and I have utilized this operations effectively.
