INTRODUCTION
According to Vicary, Young and Hicks, (2017), the impact of a group work plays the
main role in bringing the better observational analysis. Reflection on the other hand has details
relevant with the individual leading and understanding towards a situation. There have been
various sources through one could have generate information and analyses it as per their own
understanding. Along with this, there have been impacts of individual qualification, talent and
skills to learn and understand things. Putting efforts in a project as well as coordinating with
team partners will be helpful and adequate as pre meeting the reliable conclusion on the right
time.
However, the aim of team members is for attaining the aim of the project and reflecting
the outcomes based on the best of learning and understanding things. To represent the adequate
information and solution based on the issues will have been possible only due to efforts and
commitment of team members towards the project.
REFLECTIVE ACCOUNT
As per analyzing the theories represented by Tanaka, Okamoto and Koide, (2018), it is
necessary to have loyalty and a serious commitment towards the action and efforts made by an
individual which help them in attaining the reliable sources of information. There have been
various obstacles and issues which creates hurdles and issues in terms of meeting the target
before deadline.
I believe that individual efforts in each tasks is necessary. Everyone has been assigned
the adequate duties and jobs which will help them in reaching to the appropriate level of
operational achievements. I observed that on the starting phase we had a problem in collaborate
the work due to poor communication and uncertain requirement in any time. To manage the
work according the time line was the main challenge which had been taken by us seriously.
There have been conflicts between us regarding presenting the ideas and competition of duties

while all of us are bound to the commitment and as well as have made efforts to make
appropriate project so it does not bother us.
Value of time have tough us to manage the tasks accordingly. To gather necessary information
and analyzing it in a manner to make appropriate analysis have been helping in designing the
operational framework. Tasks have been allotted as per the own convenience and capabilities to
perform the duties (Hendley, 2018). Collected information had been analyzed in manner that it
would bring appropriate ascertainment to the reliable information. Commitment was towards
presenting the best of the knowledge and information through preparing the adequate
presentation.
There had been various obstacles arises while we were processing the project. One of our
team members have been engaged in a serious family issues which have distracted the entire
process of preparing the report. The time utilized by us has been extended due to improper
management work and time. We have supported him to overcome with such issues and helped
him in completing his part of work accurately. Thus, here I can say that, the team efforts and
bonding among us have played main role in handling such hurdles. A moral support plays
psychological impacts in motivating team and bringing loyalty among team members towards
the report. It has been determined that, he has managed his own part of work and brings us
details before the deadline. Consciousness and loyalty towards work have been appreciating as
there are many individual who make efforts in attaining the targets at the right time.
I have learnt various things while working in a team and making the report complete.
There has been use of various techniques such as data collection and analysis which have
encouraged us to have interaction with people and analyze the current issues. It also helps us in
developing the adequate communication between the groups of individual which h have
introduced us with the current market challenges and obstacles which are being faced by them
(Johansson, Nyström and Dahlheim–Englund, 2017). There has been information based on their
requirements and desires from a business and brand. Along with this, promoting the use of
digital marketing has been communicated among them which have helped them in understanding
the current market scenarios.

The team efforts and manner of implicating efforts have helped in managing the reporting
procedure. Talent and skills to analyze information have helped in presenting the better
evaluation of data. I believe coordinating and communicating every process of report have been
beneficial in terms of managing the tasks and making changes before the final submission. I
think developing a strong team bonding will be effective and encouraging in making appropriate
operational administration. Therefore, there have been issues incurred in communicating with the
individual as some of them were not confident enough to express their view while on the other
side it is also our failure that we were not able to make that soothing relationship with them. We
have learnt to bring comfort to such individual which have helped us in knowing them more
accentuated.
There have been immense contribution and efforts of the external parties such as family,
friends and tutor in guiding is in the right direction. Therefore, it has helped use in making
proper details analysis over the issues and drafting valid suggestions (Cathro, O’Kane and
Gilbertson, 2017). I can say that the support and positive influences of various individual have
been making adequate ascertainment of proper information that are to be included in the
operational practices.
CONCLUSION
By analyzing the entire report process and the team efforts it has been concluded that,
preparing a favorable set of report based on outcomes which will requires a strong team bonding.
Developing such connection with team mates will help in completion of the targets before the
deadline. There will be increment in the level of learning, talent and skills which in turn will be
effective and encouraging for developing better reports.
