The task is based upon marketing communication of UBER which is a transportation
company that also makes diversification of their business into food and beverage sector. The task
provides an overview of the various ways through which an organisation sets connection with the
customers in order to ensure its long term sustainability as well as growth within market place. In
relation to this, the task comprises of models such as marketing communication mix, SWOT and
STP which are conducted to present key information about the company selected for the task. In
addition to this, task is aimed at execution of a social media marketing campaign through which
reach among the population can be effectively enhanced and benefits can be attained in the
favour of company. The campaign is set to get viral on platforms such as Snapchat, Facebook

gain significant knowledge related to the prevailing factors that may impact upon their
functioning. It also allows organisation to further developed strategies and policies in order to
effectively overcome weaknesses and threats.

which organisation can effectively able to evaluate their position and target audience. This
analysis mainly includes three most important elements that are segmentation, targeting and

every individual as well as business person to effective manage and utilise the available time so
that they can attain success in quicker manner. In context to present scenario, as being a
individual I will be required to adopt certain range of time management techniques so that I can
effectively introduce social media campaign without any sort of problem. Also, adoption of these
techniques will help me out in the effective execution of all tasks associated with the social
media campaigns in the timely manner. Some of the main time management technique that
would be adopted by me for the project are defined as below:
Plan the Day Night Before- It is required by every individual to make a plan related to
work before one night. It is considered as the common technique but still helpful for me while
carrying out the project as this planning aware me about range of issues that could occur later.
Thus, usage of this technique provides me the time to find out solutions for forth coming issues.
