its development. In this report the organization chosen is Wise owl toy, is largest independent
toy retailer operates more than 144 stores. This company is expanding their retail outlets in
Iberian with better quality of product and services. Moreover, analyzing market such as
market trends, its competitors, segmentation, targeting the potential customer positioning
product in market. Further, recommending right mix of marketing for its product and
services.

Individual reflection is important for report because it help in identifying contribution
of each and every person as well as others also. Along with this, Difficulties faced by the
particular person is discussed with the help of refection. How these things can be improve
for better future presentation.
Noticing - Topic of my presentation is “Principles of marketing & communications in a
digital world” which is playing important role in the business environment now a days. When
i was giving presentation several things was not well such as if audience started laughing on
something or clapping. Then, in these situation i loose my confidance which is much
important for giving presentation because all these things easily reflect on the face as well as
in the voice tone also. But all these are better for future because through these situation i
learnt several things and it improve my presentation skills. Whereas, Completition of this
assignment taugh me how to give an effective presentation with full confidence. Most

important is that i understant way of presentaing information should be attractive compare to
the information. For Being a good presenter it is necessary that an individual have to prepare well.
Before each speech as well as practice vocalization in front of the audience as often as
possible. While giving presentation i learn the necessity, fact as well as practicing that how
group working can make project well and extremely worthy for me and other team members
involved with me.
Making sense – when i was giving presentation it was analysed me that audience was paying
much attention on my level of confidence. Because it easily get reflect on my face and voice
tone when i was not confident on particular thing. There are several things which is noticed
by the audience such as poster, confidence level, way of sharing knowledge. All these should
be accurated because it shows my professionalism.
Making meaning - When i was giving presentation i saw that some the people from audience
was not listening me and they where busy in something else. Generally such things distract
me and i feel very dipressed but to overcome with this i started asking questions from the
audience. So, they persons sitting in the audience was not listenning started paying attention
on me and my group. Because they think that next can be they also from whom i can ask
questions related to the topic discussing by me at that time. Such things in between of the
presentation make more sense in front of the audience. Best part of this presentation is that, i
found vast amount of information as well as statistical data on the topic of “Principles of
marketing & communications in a digital world”. In raising question from audience their is
contribution of my entire group such as they are giving me questions which i can ask from
the audience.
Working with meaning - While performing in a team it is required for each member is to
denote individuals contribution in this presentation. It can be in the terms of providing idea,
gathering information, making creative slides, communicating with others as well as
representing these in front of others. In my presentation, each and every individual working
with me effectively and provides me appropriate support in terms of taking challenge for
designing a presentation on different topics. Through this team work, I analysed that how can
an individual manage their working practices in a presentation with the helps of each others.
My learning in this process taking place in terms of enchaining communication with others.
Through this, I work to resolving issues and conflicts of team members for the effective

development of team working approaches. On the basis of these approaches I understand that
I can perform easily with a team in term of group presentation and in many more.
Transformative learning - Presentation is not an easy task because it requires a appropriate
connection with audience who come to analyses our thoughts and knowledge on particular
topic. A presentation assist in representing our ideas in front of others with a representation
form. Through this session, I learned that present your information is more important than
gathering information itself. In group presentation, it is required that each individual taking
initiative and provides their view points to others. All these aspect assist in enchaining team
working approaches in terms of learning and so on. These kind of approaches will be
beneficial for me in future in which I can easily take initiative for working in a team or
individually for presentation. Through these aspects, I learnt that practicing is an important
element for designing a project or its effective representation in front of others. It will be
worthwhile for myself as well as my group member while we will working for a large project
of an organization. Furthermore, it assist me in enhancing my some interpersonal skills as
communication, public speaking, interaction building, research and presentation as well.
Throughout this all team members of representation understand a morality that no man left
behind with a positive attitude and mentality towards each team member.
CONCLUSION
From above it has been concluded that wise owl toy can easily expand their business
in market of Iberian successfully. As they have analysis market of Iberian’s very keenly in
order to know the past and current trends of business of same product line. Moreover they
have analyzed it competitor’s strategy and buying behavior of customer. Further, they have
properly segmented their potential customer on basis demographic, geographic and
psychographic. As well targeting their exact consumer by position their product in an
effective manner. With the right marketing mix strategy. Thus, wise owl toy are success in
expanding their retail outlets in market of Iberian.
