REFLECTION
Based on the extensive research and assessment programs undertaken by the team,
evaluating the marketing mix and proper market analysis with proper STP evaluation has helped
me to generate and improve my knowledge towards the marketing assessment and the processes
or actions undertaken under it. As a team member, I will see through the proper and most
effective assessment of the business operations and activities that will improve my as well as my
fellow mates skills, ideas and perception towards the marketing process assessed within the
presentation. The reflection based on the findings can be represented on the basis of Gibbes
model of reflection that will help me to give out the clear insight about the processes and
activities that are been followed within the organisation (da Silva Wegner and et.al., 2018).

Description: This includes the description of the processes which were followed while making
out the presentation. The current presentation on which I worked upon was about the marketing
process and segmentation of the customer base in order to develop a good and effective ideas
about the marketing process that is been carried out within the making of the presentation to a
greater extent. This topic has helped me to gain the idea about the concepts of marketing. The
group presentation in which I have participated has helped me to carry out the proper retention of
the ideas and skills regarding the marketing process.
Feeling: This point includes the ideas or the perception that I felt during the making of
presentation and carrying out the proper assessment process within the organisation. It enhances
the effectiveness of actions and functions effectively . In the starting of the presentation, I was
not well aware about the marketing concepts and ideas. However, while the development of the
group presentation, I got the opportunity to improve my ideas and knowledge regarding the
marketing processes, its various types, concepts and further activities that are been carried out in
addition to marketing operations which are chosen by the organisation. It helped me to enhance
my thought process and enhance the efficiency of the research and assessment measures carried
out within the organisation while development of good understanding towards the marketing
concepts and ideas that are been carried out within the organisation.
Evaluation: The evaluation process within the organisation or a project such as developing a
group presentation, the proper evaluation is been carried out that will improve the proper
assessment of the good and bad or positive and negative aspects of the assessment process. The
marketing assessment process that was carried out while development of the presentation has
more of the positive impacts rather than the negative one (Pride and Ferrell, 2016). It is been
carried out while meeting the objectives of the evaluation process in much effective way. This
will also improve the quality of outcomes and my ability to grasp and imbibe the concepts, ideas
and data related to planning of marketing strategies. It assisted me to look towards the marketing
of promotional measures carried out by an organisation and the assessment of the setting up of
target customers and market while carrying out the research or data assessment process in much
effective and significant manner. Apart from this, it will help me to improve my personal
knowledge towards marketing activities. As per my personal evaluation, I found nothing
negative or based about the group assessment process.

Analysis: the analysis process includes the extent of reaction an individual give or have towards
a provided situation or idea. The analysis or assessment of the marketing activities will help me
to execute the operations and measures related to knowledge and activities management towards
the information evaluation activity carried out within the organisation. While creating the
presentation, the suitable assessment of the different concepts and carrying out of the evaluation
which will improve my perception towards the marketing, market planning and the STP
(Segmentation, targeting and positioning) measures that are been followed within enterprise. It
also improves the quality of gained information, helping me and my group members to take
precise information.
Action plan- With the help of proper framing of the marketing mix activities there can be
possibilities to conduct the better and attractive action plan. Being the team member, I need to
put may major consideration over the framing of things as segmentation, targetting so that
overall growth can be developed (Tomczak, Reinecke and Kuss, 2018). In the future I would
take better steps so that marketing mix can be done better. By preparing the better product and
service sand outline market analysis it was able to conduct the better framing of the activities by
identifying the key competitors in market. Under this, I have taken the various initiative in order
to know the taste and preferences of the customers so that there can be more opportunities to
provide better qualities products in market. In order to frame the action plan for the new and
improved products I analysed in order to identify the commodities of the competitors.
Conclusion- Based on the above extensive research with the help of Gibbs cycle it was capable
to undertake the firm activities in the effective manner. Thus, better services and product can
avail to the customers. This kind of techniques lead to achieve the better working. By
conducting it, there were possibilities to get improvised in the strategical marketing and
segmentation process so that ultimate goal can be achieved. Thus, this kind of the things are
helpful in order to framing the better and effective action plan for the activities of marketing. In
the proper segmentation is need to do so that there are possibilities to have the Unique value
proposition.
