relevant experience in the field of teaching and customer service management. I have more than
4 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing that includes the positions, marketing
assistant, customer service representative and marketing supervisor. I am writing this letter to
express my interest regarding the openings for internship in the field of marketing in your
organization.
I have always been inclined towards developing skills and competencies in the field of
marketing, which can be reflected in my career choices. During my time at various
organizations, I have developed skill sets from different functional role of marketing. My role as
a marketing assistant in GSL Sales Link, Inc. developed my skills for developing marketing

my experience in Time Share Realty Corporation, my role of customer service representative

resources. In this role as a customer service representative, I have also developed my skills of

experience at Time Share Realty Corporation developed my ability of responding to customer
needs in relation to challenges and enquiries. I have worked as a marketing supervisor in
Philippine Document Exchange (PHILDOC), where I learnt about the procedure of
communicating service or product offerings to customers with the assistance for Human
Resource Department. This experience developed my competency regarding administrative and
secretarial tasks, administrative functions, developing sense of accountability for customer
handling, issue resolution and problem solving skills. Moreover, I have also performed the role
as a teacher that helped me in developing the leadership and supervisory skills. All the
experience constructed the values of responsibility and accountability for accepted roles and
tasks. Every role and position developed my skills for responding to challenging situations by the
improvement of industry and market understanding and customer buying behaviour. The roles
and responsibility in marketing and customer service management established the skill set of
networking with target or potential group of customers by the medium of communication and
value proposition. The experience in teaching developed the understanding regarding handling
difficult situations by nourishing the existent resources with the support of functional team.
