INTRODUCTION
Learning is defined as essential process that allows an individual to develop habit to
learn new approaches and skills and evaluate them from time to time in order to enhance self
knowledge and information (Andrychowicz and et. al., 2020). Learning plays important role
in an individual life as it acts as a basic necessity for both professional and personal career
development through which one can make them self effective to handle a situation in a better
way. In addition to this it has been underlined that learning also aid in undertaking critical
things and discovering various ways in order to effectively deal with continuous change in
life has as to move forward in the easy manner (Lin, Huang and Ko, 2020). Learning also
encourages and individual to acquire skills, competencies knowledge in order to effectively
grab future opportunities. Present report is an individual reflective essay in which reflection is
being made upon individual marketing knowledge or learning that has been gained and
applied over the semesters. Along with this, report also includes the manner in which
knowledge can be further utilised in future marketing based roles.
MAIN BODY
Learning benefits in gaining knowledge through which number of advantages in
personal and professional life can be attained through which individuals can make effective
development in self competencies along with knowledge as well as skills as to accomplish
ambition for professional development (Farrell, 2020). Learning enhances the chances to take
advantage of various opportunities to get dream job and also provide a power to get selected
at first pace. In addition to this it has been underlined that learning also aid an individual in
boosting personal satisfaction, confidence and self esteem through which other qualities can
also be improved such as self reliance, communication and other personal and professional
growth aspects (Carson, O'Connor and Simmons, 2020). In addition to this it has also been
underlined that learning facilitates me to effectively build trust in order to acquire new
qualities and skills through which I can effectively move forward in a motivated and
confident manner. Learning process also allow me to gain experiences and knowledge
through which I can effectively address challenges in my life and can be further encourage
myself to gain various opportunities for future growth. The most important advantage of
learning is that it opens doors through which I can not only accomplish my educational
degree but can also proportionately to have my dream job.
According to the analysis it has been evaluated by me that there are a number of
individual marketing learning and knowledge that has been gained and applied by me over

the semester such as introduction to marketing, marketing research and MIS, service
marketing, organisational buying behaviour, consumer behaviour, product, place and price,
integrated marketing communication and more (Farzaneh and et. al., 2020). With the learning
of all these marketing knowledge I gained information of each and every important aspect of
marketing through which I can assure my personal as well as professional growth as an
individual. Marketing plays an essential role in any organisation as it plays an essential part
of company revenue generation source (Zhao, Peng and Hong, 2020). Through marketing an
entity can offer their services and products to customers in marketplace with the help of
marketing research, MIS, segmentation, targeting and positioning, evaluating behaviour of
customers and other aspects. With the knowledge of all elements I can grab my dream job
role which is marketing manager. It has been evaluated by me that with the help of the
understanding of marketing macro and micro environment and service marketing I can attract
large base of consumers towards organisational offerings. With understanding of product
price and place I can offer organisational offerings through in targeted located which
company can assure positive outcomes. In addition to this with the help of gaining learning of
consumer behaviour and organisational buying behaviour approach I can effectively
determine the behaviour of customers and can further attract them with various marketing
techniques and digital and traditional marketing through which higher growth and
profitability can be assured.
CONCLUSION
Thus according to the above mentioned reflective essay it has been underlined that
learning effectively aid an individual to develop themselves and explore new challenges and
overcome them in effective manner. This process effectively facilitates individuals towards
more growth and acquires new opportunities for personal and professional development. One
of the most important aspects of learning is that it significantly promotes individual personal
development through which they can enhance their standard and status in community.

Furthermore according to the reflective essay it has been evaluating that learning play
essential role in having access to new opportunities through which person can strengthen
their inner skill and knowledge. Learning also aids an individual to build self confidence
through which they can accomplish their goals and objectives in more effective manner. It
has been identified that marketing knowledge plays an essential role in which various aspects
such as marketing research, consumer behaviour, price and service marketing knowledge can
be learnt in order to acquire professional rule for professional development.
Thus, according to the above analysis it has been evaluated by me that with the help
of these marketing knowledge and learning I can apply all these knowledge in my future role
of marketing manager through which I can assure higher success growth and development in
a well define and effective manner.
