INTRODUCTION
E – portfolio refer as the assembling or recording of data in electronic media. Chosen
company for this report is LUSH Cosmetic (Smolyaninova and Bezyzvestnykh, 2019). This
company was developed in year 1995 and its headquarter is located in Dorset, UK. In this report
critical reflection on the basis of choice of marking mix is determine.
MAIN BODY
In this E portfolio information and data about market research is gathered in order to gain
more understanding about the marketing practices. I have developed E portfolio so that I have
complete knowledge about marketing aspects as well as take better decision for business. The
positive comments about my portfolio is analysis of promotional practices. This was very good
and helped me in identifying different and effective ways of promotional practices. I have
analysed that in this portfolio questionnaire design could be improved. In this I have selected
only 9 questions which is not sufficient for gaining proper data and information from
respondents.
There are several problems that encountered with undertaking this portfolio. I have faced
some technical issues. I have lack of understanding about the development of portfolios which
was one of the major problem. The most rewarding aspect of the portfolio is that it helps me in
storing information at one place and I can easily access the data whenever required. I am able to
develop new skills which is also a rewarding aspect for this portfolio for me (Eynon and
Gambino, 2017). I have analysed that the most challenging aspect of the portfolio was to
understanding how to create portfolios. This was very time consuming process as lack of
information about this initially affect the process of E portfolios development.
I am able to develop new skills such as technical skills. This skills are very helpful for me
to effectively perform the required task. There are some skills that still need to be developed
such as communication skills and time management skills. I have identified of how these could
be developed and help in correctly managing E portfolios. Samples or tricks on internet
regarding E-portfolio will help in increasing my capabilities.
In order to developed your peer review skills I have analyse the right expertise who have
knowledge and guide me for further support required to develop this. I have communicated with

my tutor for further support as my tutor is able to provide proper feedback about what changes
needs to be done and how can I improve my E portfolios (Sharifi, Soleimani and Jafarigohar,
2017). My tutor has provided my comment that I can improve my E portfolios by increase the
structure. Through this I am able to develop more skills and capabilities to develop an effective E
portfolios. I have understand the importance of E portfolios and increase my potential.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are various elements which needs to
be consider by developing E – portfolios. Marketing function includes various practices such as
promotional, pricing, advertising and many more which lead to create awareness in market area
about the products.
