business. Also, the main motive of this present report is to analyse an individuals skills and
encourage them for achieving goals effectively. The purpose of such competencies is to enhance
knowledge by which they known what is lack and what they should do for developing
capabilities, skills and knowledge. These analysis aids an individuals for generating knowledge
through sessions which is enhancing them for betterment. In this report incudes various skills of

imagination skills as this creates problems in my goods sometime. Furthermore, I am good in
communication and negotiating skills as it will aid me and my company to influence people for
purchasing the product and attract new customers for enhancing sales and profit effectively.
Along with this, I mange my department and their activities for developing positive and healthy
working environment with in the company. This will also helps other employees to give their
best in order to attain organisational goals and objectives. Simultaneously, it has been analysed
that I have to improve my IT skills and creativity skills as this plays very important role in my
job profile because this helps me to produce something innovative by which customers can
attract towards my company. Also, improvement in these skills helpful for me to maintaining
long term sustainability at competitive market place. With the help of my colleagues and
superiors I improved my team working skill as they told me that I am not able to manage my
team which creates problem in my department. So, I motivated them and makes positive
environment that will encourage them to give their best. The evaluation of my skills is competed
by my own analysis and get feedback from my superiors and colleagues. In addition to this, the
activities of marketing is to manage brand, innovation, managing marketing budgets and so on.
At last. As per my team and personal analysis, I will improve my IT skills and creativity skills
as this will aid me to perform marketing department activities in an effective manner.
