INTRODUCTION
To prepare for success in university knowledge and creativity of student plays an
essential role. Knowledge is helpful to discovered new things in life which can be helpful
in future job of a student. It also gives experience to build a good career in near future.
Creativity is required to develop analytical thinking and to build a good sense of humor.
In order to come up with something new creativity is required.
The study will cover an ideal job as a Marketing manager after a graduation. In
this a job will be mentioned in which there is future growth and a career to be built.
Report will cover a job description and a person specification in order to qualify that job
role. Furthermore, study will explain the resources which are available to me that can
facilitate my job finding process.

Marketing manager
Ideal job refers to under which a person is able to grow and flourish its own skills
and capabilities. Marketing manager will be an Ideal job after graduation. The primary
task of manger is to manage the resources for the marketing of goods and services of
the business. The task of marketing manager is to do marketing in best way through
which they are able to increase sales of the company (Richardson, 2018). They are
also engaged in research their work is to gain deep knowledge and regularly get
updated with the current marketing trends in the product. By this they are also be able
to do correct marketing of the goods and services and can use appropriate marketing
tools and techniques. Thus, through gathering this type of information they are able to
suggest best innovative products in the market by which company is able to gain
competitive edge. Increasing brand awareness is one of the jobs of marketing experts.
Career in marketing field has vast opportunities and have different roles.

The job in marketing includes internet marketing as well as traditional marketing
this modes are radio, television and billboard marketing. These choices are limitless.
The role in the company is generally based on by identifying a person own skills and
knowledge. Social media marketing is also in trend. There are more growth
opportunities in this field as all the work in company's done through internet platform. In
the world of digitalization more marketing experts get needed. Digital marketing
manager is also a great career. Social media marketing is cheapest (Tuten, and
Solomon, 2017). Hence, company also needs an expertise in social media marketing
who can promote their products through this channel. Overall in this field there is good
career to be built. Moreover, there are marketing experts whom work is to do deep
study of market demand and the current scenario through which customers wants and
needs get satisfied. They generally gather information and analysis the purchasing
trends if the customers which can help to create marketing plan for the company.
Developing advertising campaigns is also a work of marketing manager.

Level or degree required - bachelor in marketing and master degree in this field
is always preferable.
Certificate - organization membership and professional certificate is required.
Working experience - At least 10 years of experience is required to be a

communication, management knowledge and leadership skills, sales,
presentation capabilities, creative skills, negotiation, budgeting and computer
skills (Graham, 2019).

helpful to find job faster than ever. Building good relationships with the people and
increasing social networking will be fruitful to grab the job opportunities (Chua and Ng,
2017). One can also participate in public events and parties mainly those who are
business oriented. By doing this one can find a suitable job position in the company.
Career pages of company - If the best companies are in acknowledgement than
straight away one can go to their website and portal to see if there is any job vacant or
not. If they are hiring one can apply and submit online application for the recruitment. If
there is no vacant job position is available then one can join talent network (Brečka and
Červeňanská, 2016). Under this network when any job gets vacant in the firm it will
directly inform to the recruiters and helps in providing new job opportunities.
Online boards of job - a person can find available job through this job board and can
easily apply there for the recruitment. One can also upload resume on this online board.

that the company call in the future to recruit that candidate who done internship earlier
from that company. These are also a suitable choice for the students who have just
completed their graduation. Job placement agencies also come in the colleges to recruit
the best talent.

are required to get succeed in future. To be a good marketing manager in the future it is
essential that I need to focus on this. By job description it has been summarized that I
need some skills through which I can become a successful marketing manager. Person

job and also shows skills and characteristics in brief. It has been concluded that many
resources are available which can use to facilitate and help in my future job findings.
