1. Learning experience
Learning seems to be a continuous process that plays a major role in success of an
individual’s life. The MBA course was one of such learning experience, which will be
contributing in my career. Before initiating this course, I was aware about my objective for
entering into the course, but I was not sure if I would be able to attain appropriate experience
as I was not having business studies knowledge prior to this course. I was not confident
enough that if I should get into the course or not. The major purpose of this course for me
was my goal to conduct business internationally. I was aware about the learning objectives of
management business administration course. The experience from this course has been
impacted through my strength and weakness, and thus I have experienced various positive as
well as challenging experiences (Dosser & Nicol, 2016).
As the experience initiated, I was having problem in understanding some technical term, as I
was not from business studies background. Other than this I haven’t been in touch with
English courses since very long, which act as hurdle for me to understand some academic
terms. However, as the courses and lectures increases by every day, I found myself being
comfortable during the course. Moreover, the learning and the exposure was the most
significant aspect that was part of the experience. The courses included various theories and
models pertaining to various subjects of management (Bruggeman & Baerdemaeker, 2015).
Initially the focus was on all the subjects of management; however I found that my interest
was more in marketing subject as it was related to the practical aspect of the market. I found
that the marketing studies could be helpful for me in attain my goal of becoming a successful
entrepreneur and conduct marketing actions in my business. Moreover as the experience was
going on I find that my knowledge was increasing which has also act as brainstorming, as this

advantages from my previous experience that has also impacted the comfort of course

Considering marketing career, I believe that the two models reflected above would be helpful
to me as the TWOS or SWOT matrix would en helpful in analysing my own business and my
personal SWOT to gain more opportunity from the current manager position in my career.
Other than this the brand positioning map will also help me in personal brand positioning to
understand the strategy or position that I am looking for.
Considering marketing career, I believe that the two models reflected above would be helpful
to me as the TWOS or SWOT matrix would en helpful in analysing my own business and my
personal SWOT to gain more opportunity from the current manager position in my career.

3. Self-reflection
Self analysis is very important as it is important know oneself, the reason being it is
important asses the current strength and weakness so as to understand what are the major
threats that may act as hurdle in my career and the opportunity that may act as the growth
direction in my career.
One of the tools that will be used for self analysis is tows matrix. This matrix has also been
discussed in previous section which I would prefer to apply to my personal brand or self
analysis. This reflected strategies based on strength, weakness, threat, and opportunity for
me. The major strange that have analysed or identified for myself is being self-motivated, fast
learner, patient, extrovert and seeking to learn new things, independent, self-motivated,
bilingual, persuasive skills and effective communication skills. Elaborating some of my
strength, I can reflect that my key strengths that re significant and can be helpful for me in
marketing or managerial skills are empathy, which reflect as one of the train of good leader. I
connect to people because of my such traits which also help in building good relation with
people in personal and professional life. Other traits that would like to highlight are
intellectual skills, as already mentioned that I am a good learner which reflect my intellectual
skills. However there are some traits that I feel are my weakness and I need improve them.
