the competitor’s strategies and market scenario. For this report, a small family business is taken
into consideration which is operating as Fresh farm juices. They offer juices with a wide range of
flavour for all the age group people. The business has been running from past 6 months. The
product that they offer is great but the managers do have idea of the ways with which they can
develop their market share. This report is prepared to develop an understanding among the
members of the business so that this fruit business can effectively be developed by expanding the
