which is located in London and has captured a
large share in the market and thus Cox &
Kings Travel must improve its service quality
so as to compete with it.
Dream World Travel U.K.- It is a company
that is also located in the UK and is a direct
competitor of Cox & Kings Travel as it gives
higher level of satisfaction to its customer.
Thus Cox & Kings Travel should also make
strategies increase the satisfaction level of its
clients so that it can stand ahead of Dream
World Travel U.K. in the long term scenario
