INTRODUCTION
Skill audit is a kind of written textual that consists of all the skills one individual have within
themselves and the ways through which the advancement of skills have been done. It includes
the skills after complete evaluation of one’s potency and flaws and enhances them after
analysing various occasions and avoids any kind of intimidation in order to achieve higher

the point’s related to preparation of placement along with reflective diary of industrial placement
that helps me in order to plan my future career to achieve more higher growth opportunities.

Industrial work placements are a comprehensive period of work experiences undertake by an

in my previous job as industrial placement, I have experienced a lot of things within me such as I

talent and skills that are required to be introduced in order to do things efficiently in future terms.
This division is related to the reflective diary of industrial placement, it explains my previous
experiences along with my learning’s, type of activities through which I was able to enhance my
abilities at the time when I was pursuing my job. Therefore, the placement register is as follows:
My past experiences have helped me a lot in order to learn various different methods and
processes that has been utilised by Eminence Inc limited in order to maintain and sustain their
brand image in competitive market space. For instance, I have learnt with my personal
experiences that well structured processes and methods of marketing within the organization
helps the employees or workers to work properly even in a group and thus the final goals has
been achieved in most appropriate manner. It helps to clarify each role and a responsibility that
needs to be ended by each person thus helps in order to diminish possibility of arguments and

know each and everything about the project from starting till its end. But with this personal
experience in the project, I learned to enhance my analytical skills with proper management of
the whole project along with its promotional activities and explaining things to new and potential
customers. I did able to do project estimation and pricing and able to submit rectified and
modified report in front of contractors as well as the client. Apart from this I also get to learn in
order to keep myself calm and handle work under deadline pressure as well in the most effective
manner. As I have researched about the new method and get to involve in the project working, I
had to take training sessions of workers in order o make them savvy and understand the whole
technique (Zhukova, N., 2018). So, in this way I have learned to work within limited time
duration with multiple tasks and in under pressure condition in most effective manner. Apart
from this, I also offered additional services to my clients which are out of my job just due to
create a positive brand image in front of them and thus they recommend working with us in
future terms also.
My job experience also enables me to manage a group of people with my leadership
qualities. Although I am great leader and take decisions as per the betterment of the whole
assignment in quick way but this was my personal experience and it helps me to enhance my
leadership qualities as well while I have to train each worker related to the newly invented
method or software in order to complete the project within similar time duration.
Furthermore I want to reflect on my future placement at which I want to apply as marketing
manager in order to get success in my personal as well as professional career. With my whole
experiences, I get to know that I have certain drawbacks that I have overcome during my
experience in Eminence Inc limited and now I am able to identify various challenges within
promotional actions that needs to be taken by any organization and work accordingly in effective
manner within the organization to achieve ultimate goal which is the success of the campaign.
With the enhancement of my personal skills, I feel that I am right candidate to become a
marketing manager in a well reputable firm who provides me better opportunities in my future
career as well as better salary packages which also enhance my lifestyle in total terms. Various
challenges and issues help to enhance my abilities to resolve them within the time duration and
