There are many obstructions used for the development of marketing planning.
It can be affect the business process and growth of firms. There are some
obstruction when the company faces many issues and preparing an effective
market planning as following:
Ethical issues:
This is important issues faced when some people are not change according to
the environment and there way of thinking and views are not matched to the
other employee.
It is very important for the organization to understand the need of employee

2.2 Overcoming the obstruction:
As per the discussion, they are identifies the issues related in the market
