INTRODUCTION
Individual reflection is written by an individual to research about personal feelings,
behavior, experiences and skills. It is the best opportunity to consider thoughts, feelings and
events from fresh view. Way of thinking is the reflection of personal behavior. In this present
report, discussion is about the group members individual performance and contribution in
making presentation (Baldwin, 2016). It describes the group experience process by involving in
making unit presentation. This present study included some points that reflect the thoughts and
ideas of the group members in making presentation.
MAIN BODY
To make group presentation about “Principles of Marketing And Communication in a
Digital World” I need group of four members who give their support to make presentation better
than others. It is the best experience during making the presentation, all four members perform
well. Through market mix and analysis we can complete this project. Market analysis is the best
way to know about the economy trends and people need. Thus, before making this presentation
we do some research and apply segmentation process to make better understanding about the
consumer preferences. Members effort and contribution helped to make the best presentation.
Therefore, marketing research helps in increasing our knowledge more and also improves our
research and other skills. Through this process we can collect good information our product and
market. All four people share their ideas and thoughts that helped me in completing the project in
proper time frame. I am the team leader of this group, so for that I have many responsibilities
within this job role. In making this presentation, as a team leader I have also learned some new
things that will help me in making decision about future business plan for the purpose of
increasing business growth and productivity. In making the group presentation my unit members
increase its experience level more and contribute by giving their ideas or sharing its thoughts just
to make project the best one.
Thus, before making the presentation we need to learn something more about the project
topic that is principles of marketing and communication in digital world. I need full support of
my group members to complete it on time. Thus, all the group members can developed their
skills and knowledge in making business presentation. Jenny moon's learning theory define the
level of learning.

Jenny moon's learning levels Description: Description level has included some details about the topic and the way that
people get interested in making the project (Williams, and Mackness, 2014). It also adds
the importance of work. Me and my four team members are making the presentation that
Topic is “Principles of marketing and communication in digital world”. I am the group
leader in TESCO company, in my group there are four members working or give its
support to make the presentation much better than other. We all are very interested in
making this project because for the first time we got the project that need market
research. It is very important for us in way of increasing our knowledge and skills much
better than now. What went well: Collaboration is the best way to make thing better than present. In the
process of making presentation group members make collaboration so well. They
smoothly explain or share their ideas that making sense in the project that individual or
group person has present (Williams and Mackness, J., 2014). Collaboration activity will
make thing better than current situation. The best thing is that all the members can
understand each other and build strong relationship with every member in company. Not so well: in a group many people has different thoughts and ideas that increase
conflict among them. Through this can create many problems. This might be make
barriers in making presentation and connecting with people's. One's own contribution: Thus at this point four groups members need to link with each
other by events and ideas. I will give my support and contribution in making the better
presentation. Motivation is the best way to raise people interest in work, I have to follow
this step to make my team members stronger. I will give my support by resolving the
issues between the team members and give my contribution by sharing ideas and
thoughts.
Others contribution: Group members' equal contribution can make presentation better
than others. In another words it is the experience that inspire causes or change in
viewpoint. People meet and talk with other persons' and they share their ideas with each
other and give its support that improve the work performance(Grimes, and Gibbons,
2016). The whole team members will give their support and contribution through helping
in the work of other members. They offer people ideas that help them in making

presentation better and faster than the other team members. Thus, to create project more
attractive and best group people contribute by collecting relevant info about the
presentation. It can help to make an effective presentation on particular assigned topic.
CONCLUSION
In this report it has been concluded that individual reflection show the personal strength,
weaknesses and opportunities. Working in a team or group people can developed its skills and
knowledge of learning better. In this study through Jenny Moon's level of learning individual can
develop their knowledge more than others. All their stages help people to contribute or support
other members in their works.
