INTRODUCTION
Career research is use by all people and candidate that they join any job and enter in their
career so before join any industry and job so they evaluate and investigate and also research to
their chosen sector so it is called career research. Career research has main purpose collect
information about career sector and evaluate them (Stambulova, 2016). Marketing is a
important function of every organization that includes buying and selling, advertising and
development of product. It overall helps in attract customer and establish relationship with
company. This report will be cover that primary research and secondary research. It also covers
evaluation.
Career research report :-
Identify research sector :- it is a first process of career for every candidate. After
complete study I have opportunity to chose my field that I want to join. So after complete my
graduation I was choose marketing profession because I was interested in field work. Because it
is a important function of every organization and it helps to all department of work so through
this function organization conduct research in market and evaluate that latest trend, competitors
performance, advertisement, give idea for produce unique products and development so it is
necessary for organization. Its only department that employee get freedom because all work is do
in field. Its objective is attract efficient customer and establish long term relationship with them
it also helpful in increase profit of organization (Atak, Atik and Ceylan, 2016).
Secondary research :-
Secondary data means that used data reuse for research like census, organization data etc.
but this data and information not consume time and cost.
General trend which will impact on chosen profession :-
I researched in my chosen profession and collect secondary data and information.
Secondary data means that not a fresh data it is used. So it is easily collect from internet,
websites and census and government department. I research my chosen profession for my career
so I researched that about changes may happen in future like technology changes, customer
choice and fashion, globalisation, climate change etc so I got information that continue changing
technology and adopt by organization for improve goods and services and beat to competition
but it consume more cost and time (McIlveen, Perera and Blustein, 2018). Globalisation
increase day by day so it also change anytime so it also may happen. Continue changing in

customer choice and it fashion also has very complex and difficult to manage so I research about
all these changes for prepare my self.
Technology changes may be impact on my profession because when I collect primary
data so I evaluate that every year many technologies changes adopt and innovation establish in
organization for improve and development so it also has to establish by marketers. But it
consumes more cost and time (Hess and Jepsen, 2017).
I also evaluate that globalisation also impact to my profession because global level
business increase day by day so its has to follow different rules and regulation.
Skills / knowledge and experience required :-
I researched for my career in my chosen field marketing so I got data and information
about required skill, knowledge and experience so it is only possible through secondary data.
Because I got information about skill for built career in marketing. I collect these information
through organization web site that I got skills, knowledge and experience that require and I also
collect information through that I have attend university's seminar so I met one person and I took
his interview so most information collect through my primary data. Following skills, knowledge
and experience is required in marketing (Thomas and Welsh, 2018).
Communication skills – it is very important skill for marketing department because marketer
has to visit whole markets and interact also with many different type of people and this skill is
very powerful for attract people and increase profitability.
Good analyst – marketer also has to this skill. Good analyst means that they evaluate all things
through data and make decision so it also important skill. That need for marketer in organization.
Evaluator – marketer has to also become a good evaluator because it means that it has to
evaluate that needs and wants of customer, latest trend and fashion so these things helps to
organization (Powilleit, 2015).
Problem solving skills – it is also important and mandatory skills that for solve problem because
competition increase day by day so many different type of problem create in market and
organization so it has to also solve problems.
Experience :-
Digital advertising experience :- through my chosen profession and organization digital
advertising experience is mandatory because its main work is advertise and if it has experience
so it can do effective advertisement (Bacharova, 2018).

profession in my career growth. I feel that this is one of the best job for myself according to my
skills and knowledge. In this job I need to make marketing plans or strategies which I like to do
and that will contribute in growth of business and increase their profit more than the others in
marketplace. In marketing manager position people knowing the reason of why clients will
purchase products.
Marketing profession is related to my qualifications which is beneficial for me. Effective
communication, good analytical and problem solving skills help to fulfill the job responsibilities
and role effectively in company. All these skills is essential in marketing profession that support
to bring better outcomes.

Marketing is essential in businesses and competitive environment, most of the companies
are making effective marketing plans that help to beat competitors in market. Rising trend of
marketing require more people for advertising department. Companies post their vacancies
through advertisement in newspaper, TV and social media websites. People like to but products
online which make fewer efforts of purchasing goods at stores. Organizations build their
reputation in marketplace and raise its productivity, thus, for that marketing manager job is the
best profession for me as compare to other jobs.
It is emerging job as marketing which is likely to be posses in future business growth.
Marketing manager job require for competitive advantages and make plans for advertising
products or services. Firms need to maximize profitability and productivity through marketing
that is one of the best way for them.
CONCLUSION
