This report presents a marketing research study focused on reducing uncertainty in a real estate development project by Sky High Real Estate Developers. The research outlines data collection methods, including both primary (surveys and interviews) and secondary data sources. The survey design and target population, comprising 100 employees, are defined, along with plans for interviews with managers. The report details the sampling size and strategies, utilizing both non-profitability and profitability sampling methods.
