Me: Good morning sir, I am (your name). How are you today?
Prospect: I am fine, thank you.
Me: I am a representative of Samsung Electronics. We create gadgets with cutting edge
technologies and superb design. Our company is dedicated to customer satisfaction and
customer relationship.
Prospect: Yes, Samsung dos have its reputation and that is why we thought that your
company would be good inclusion into our shop.
Me: Here I have Samsung Galaxy smart watches. As you can see, it has a completely
premium look. It can truly represent a phone with it’s built in GPS tracker and speaker. You
can access all the apps directly through the bezel and the band is also changeable. it has a
powerful battery that enables you to go for many without charging. This watch makes phone
calls from the watch itself, shows temperature and weather changes. It can even stream music
if Wi-Fi connection is available. Samsung has produced several of such smart watches. We
are also coming up with an updated version of S3 that will be power packed with features that
are available with only Apple smart watches.
Prospect: alright, seems good. Can you tell other specifications of the watch, like, memory
and sensors?
Me: It has an AMOLED display and has a resolution of 360x360. The RAM is 0.75 GB and
ROM is 4 GB. It has accelerometer. Barometer, gyro sensor, light sensor and HR sensor. It
also has a 470 mAh battery that is very powerful for a watch. It goes for 3-4 days without
recharging it. All kinds audio format can be played like MP3, M4A, 3GA, WMA etc.

Prospect: pretty impressive I must say. But what about the other smart watch options that the
market has right now? Apple also makes smart watches and they are very popular.
Me: that’s true. But what we have to consider is the features that we are offering with the
price. Apple watches though popular are quite high priced. Most common people cannot buy
the latest versions. Moreover, they only work with Apple phones. This makes those smart
watches just an accessory to the actual phone. If a buyer wants to buy an Apple watch they
will have to buy an iPhone with it. That is not the case with our watches. They connect with
every smart watch that is available in the market. So, it is much more universal option.
Prospect: that’s true. Now, the problem is sales assistants in my establishment do not have
that kind of technical training to influence the buyers to buy this kind of product. How do you
propose that you will be able to make a sale?
Me: our customer assistance executive cum staff trainer will be present at your facility for
seven days. During this time they will train some of your staffs so that they can manage sales
afterwards. These executives will also assist the customers in buying these watches,
explaining to them the features, advantages and services that they will be entitled to after
buying the watch.
Prospect: What special features do this watch have that you think is unique to this product?
Me: There are many. The watch comes with a wireless Bluetooth charge pad. As soon as you
place the watch on it, the charging starts automatically. It has an always on face and gives a
continuous ticking sound so that the wearer can have the feel of wearing a real watch. Plus, it
can detect heart rate, sleeping patterns, calorie count, quality of sleep, stress level that gives
better understanding of the kind of life they are leading.
Prospect: But will it be lucrative for the corporate workers?

Me: absolutely. I was just coming to that actually. This watch is also equipped with apps that
enable the user to create reminders, daily plans and meetings in it. It makes hands free calls
and in the morning shows the user his upcoming events. This keeps them always one step
ahead of everybody. Moreover, the watch is water resistant and extremely durable which
makes it a daily use object. One does not have to keep it inside the box for the fear of
damaging it. There is also another feature in the watch that makes it an absolute must have
for everybody. With this watch, users now can leave their wallet as well as phone at home.
The watch has Samsung Pay app inside it which enables instant payment. Basically, with this
watch, carrying anything else with you while going shopping or hanging out has become
unnecessary.
Prospect: does this watch also connect with other smart devices?
Me: It does. Samsung Galaxy smart watch can be connected to Home appliances like TV, Air
conditioner and can carry out multiple instructions all at once. Thus, in the busy life of today,
this watch makes our lives easier.
Prospect: So, why our facility?
Me: your establishment is reputed for stocking the best products from different arrays and
people trust this brand a lot. Thousands of people come every day here to buy their supplies.
Even for electronics and luxury items, the consumers depend on this shop as they know that
here they will get all original products at the most reasonable price.
Prospect: One last thing though, what about the post-buy service?
Me: as you are very well aware sir, we have many Samsung service centers all over the city.
You can visit there anytime. This watch also has 12 months warranty during which time any
servicing done will be absolutely free of cost. The customers can also raise the requests
