This assignment has it’s relationship with Knowledge
management, and the significance attached to it for the
marketing relationship. There is this way where customer
relationship can be well specified by ICT has taken into
evaluation. Stakeholders can play the very crucial roles in
every businesses, as there are several kind of businesses that
flourish the business market, such businesses has been
discussed thoroughly.

2.1 Carry out a stakeholder analysis for a voluntary sector and a public sector
organization
A stakeholder is one who has interest in some particular business
firms, not just profit making firms but also non profit making firms
have stakeholders.
Stakeholders analysis is to make acknowledgements of the key
stakeholders of one company, get to know about their, expectations,
needs and interests, and how these interests impacts on the
organization.
A voluntary sector such as an association of independent healthcare
organization follows internal and external stakeholders for their
analyzing part. (Henriques, 2013)

Internal stakeholders of AIHO
Employees: These people are among the internal stakeholders of the AIHO who take care of the everyday
functions of the organization in both national and international level.
Fundraisers: They are one of the most important stakeholder who in emergency situations raise funds for the
masses which can help the people in need.
Board of governors: They play the role of experienced stakeholders and can efficiently deal with crisis situations.
Volunteers: They lend their services to AIHO in time of disasters and they are the ones who offer unconditional
support to the non profit organizations whenever any disaster or crisis situation arises.
Voluntary sector- These organizations are voluntary created by people for same set of goals and objective in
which stakeholders are play an important role. They can help companies to meet their set of target in timely and
efficient manner.
Public sector- These type of companies are incorporated by government in interest of people. These are not a
profit making organization. Stakeholders having impact on the performance of them.

External stakeholders of AIHO
Clients: these are the people who are in need of help as they might be
injured because of the disaster. These people may need short or long
term assistance and support to restart their lives.
Contributors: they might consists of fundraisers and organizations who
provide support by raising funds for AIHO.
Communities: they are local bodies who offer help by providing shelter,
sanitation, water, food and medial facilities.
State governments and federal agencies: The government agencies help
out as providing medical help and rescuing the disaster victims.
Non governmental organizations: They are also non profit organization
and they help AIHO whenever in need.

The World bank has organized three pilot stakeholders analysis since 2002.
Amongst these three the first two was conducted in the region of East Asia
Pacific. One took place in an underdeveloped country and another in a
developing nation. It has been observed that the underdeveloped country was
introducing civil service and anti corruption policies whereas the developing
country is into anti corruption reforms. The stakeholders are classified by their
power and ranks. The third one was held in MENA (Middle East and North
Africa) region where reforms of cereal policy and the political economy was
to taken into consideration. As done in the first analysis, here also recognizing
the key stakeholders, tradeoffs and negotiation was needed in order to reach a
sustainable reformed proposal.

Customer relationship is always important in profit making business firms also
in not for profit making firms as they both work for the ultimate customer
satisfaction in their organizations.
Teach First and SLH (South Liverpool home)service are two different not for
profit organizations based in UK. Teach first is an educational institution which
inculcates leadership skills in students and provide free education to the
underprivileged students and they are further provided with constant guidance in
their educational fields whereas SLH is serving home maintenance to the people
of South Liverpool.

SLH(South Liverpool home services)
SLH is a direct labor organization which offers efficient and effective services to
their customers. They add values to the communities where they work. In
addition to this, their customer orientation is very organized as they believe in
making a mark in heart of its customers. Their direction is focused as they aim in
furnishing flexible service which meets the customer demands. SLH is currently
serving the 96% of its existing customers and aims to serve 99% of the potential
customers. They use “multi skilled model” which helps them to deliver direct
services to its customers and get the job done in the specified timeframe. This
model lessens the fear of down time and helps SLH in making improvements and
focus on customers disruption deduction and environment maintenance. SLH aims
in giving customer satisfaction to its client base and they make efforts to maintain
the natural surroundings of their customers homes. (Kurtz: Boone, 2011)

Teach first
They are an education providing organization and are bound to erase presence of inequality in the society
which comes through the differentiation in educational systems. Their motto is to build leaders in the society
and ensure that students are furnished with all the basic facilities of education and that a good life is being
provided to the underprivileged students. They also recruit and provide adequate support to the teachers in
the educational sectors they are currently associated with. Teach First also contributes in the charity works
for the educational sake specially in the weaker section of the society. They are customer oriented and are
associated with many educational sectors and universities in UK. Students who are trained further lead a
successful life and have good future stability, is what Teach First’s major goal. Providing support to the
underprivileged students and provide them with efficient opportunities is the only objective of the
organization and this has further helped them to emerge as one of the biggest not for profit organization in
UK. They have recently initiated a unique approach in teaching STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering
and Math) system to educate the students who belong to the backward section of the society.
Mercy worldwide is one of the best non profit organization which is not operated for making profit but in the
interest of people. They have improve customer relationship with people by providing good quality of
services to them.
Dalit is also an non profit making company which is not try to improve their relationship with people in
order to meet their level of expectation and objectives.

2.3 Compare methods used in marketing within the public, private and voluntary
sectors Public sector is a part of the economy system, which is concerned in providing many services by
government, whereas private sectors into selling their produced goods and giving services to other
organizations, and Voluntary organizations can also be government guided.
Marketing sectors are wholly focused into assimilating the profits that comes from the selling of the
products, where public sectors focuses on the rules and regulations set by the government, they
approve of tax payers also concerns in making money by initiating on government regulations as
reconstructive schemes.
Voluntary sections are self channeling sectors, they need money as they are progressive towards
social welfare, because they have to afford the costs of carrying out social welfares, from all the
benefits and donations they get from various sources. (Luck, 2008)
Various types of methods are used in different organization such as non profit making and voluntary
firm which are help to them to meet their set of goals and objectives. These methods are used in
marking process which are helpful to attain their set of target and goals as well.

ABC Company is covering most of the market sector in UK. They have established a strong
foothold in the UK market with a handful of employees working for them.
The issues that rise for the company is based on the network of several freelances.
ABC is less dependent on its own machineries and plants due to lack of physical resources. ABC
concentrates on some aspects like products and the distribution of its products is ventured by a third
party.
They are recently having deliberate associations with different business firms who has acquired
efficient skills in the business market.

The performance of company is reduce with the various factors. They are not able to improve their
profit margin and with effect cost are also increase which is not beneficial for them.

Organizations such as not for profit, voluntary organization and
private and public sectors have been have been discussed. We
have taken an example of Teach first and SLH home services
and have tried to understand their relationship with
stakeholders, how they are keeping up with their respective
businesses and how they tackle with their customer. Further we
have taken example of a virtual organization and have
discussed the problems it faces while marketing in the UK
market.
