time with less usage of money. The social media marketing over the popular social media
platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter will be highly beneficial for the company to
reach out to target customers which will accordingly increase the idea sales growth of the
company. In this regard, it needs to be discussed that the whole idea of the social media
marketing is to benefit not the company to increase its sales margin but the social media
marketing also helps businesses to understand and gain knowledge about the customer and
market requirement. The company needs to focus on the communication part while conducting
social media marketing since it gives the opportunity to interact with customers individually and
separately. Hence, it is recommended that the marketers responsible for the social media
marketing needs to be extremely effective and efficient in manner in order to persuade the
customers.
