Professionalism is defines as communicating effectively and always be productive. Its a way of
behaviour and attitude towards work or in business environment. Marketing industries needs

managers need to build formally redefine terms and conditions of employment and submit all
the standing orders to he authority. Employment sector divided into different segments as
Healthcare, information technology, real estate, education, retail and government(Mohamed., 2019)
. The aim of this report is to highlight the trends that making an impact in marketing industry and
skills and knowledge required in the marketing field.

Marketing industries are going through multiple changes due to constant changes in the
market, regular changes in the trends are continuously evolving these industries. Changes that
are impacting the marketplace are given below:
Changing Technology- Advancements in technology enable marketers to interact with
their customers through popular technologies. Technology change making marketing into
more personalised and creating systems that are integrated into targeting
customers(Christofi., 2017). As a marketing manager its a need to evaluate current market
position, analysis our competition to be in the competition by upgrading our business
technology.
social Media- Being permanent on social media, promote contents through posts, videos
and live sessions is a new way of marketing, It is proved to be more effective than other
marketing campaigns as it directly reach to the targeted customers with economical rates.
As a marketing manager be digitally aware and have a knowledge of different social
platforms by media analytics and have the ability to engage with audience.

Influencers Marketing- Collaborate with influencers to expand brand awareness and gain
audience plays a vital role in converting leads and build a connect with audience in
boosting sales. Its a very effective way of marketing. A marketing manager needs to have
impeccable verbal communication skills and outstanding project management skills with

Monitoring- A marketing manager should have the ability to monitor the activities of

related facts and statistics to create and evaluate possible options and apply solutions.

external environment and customer needs. Its an industry that perform set of creative functions

such as advertising, digital marketing ,research and development and in product development. It
is wide ranging field that gives an individual areas that suits to their interest.
The job of a marketing manager is a position that expected to contribute a great deal of
effectiveness in the organisation. This job is preferable as it possess chain of perks and
responsibilities. Its a job that not only benefited an individual on monetary terms but also gives
you wider picture of product market and prepares to execute marketing strategy and the
execution of different plans. This job is considered because it is highly determined job with
authority, it gives you an individual an authority to handle and run whole organisation . On the
