INTRODUCTION
Marketing as professional is going to includes a lot of strategies and techniques in order
to be able to get the right attraction of customers for the business. Determining the price, supply,
demand, profits and growth in market are some of the basic ideas which marketing professionals
are going to have to be able to operate effectively. The report is going to consist of trends, skills,
knowledge, experience and evaluation of marketing professional. Marketing professional a very
developing and competitive market which is present which is why I selected this industry and
there is a lot of growth as well which is existing.

Trends which are coming in the marketing profession are many which have to be well
evaluated and analysed which is going to be a great factor. Trends which are coming in
Marketing is content, personalization, interactive content, video marketing, voice search
optimization, etc. which have to be developed in me so that there is going to be higher outcomes.

which is going to be highly beneficial for a long run (Kovacs, 2021). Employees have to be
actively involved in the process which is being followed so that there is going to be better
consequences and improvement which would be present. Artificial intelligence and other trends
are changing with time and they have to be well analysed and improved upon so that the
company will be able to work effectively and efficiently.

Trends have to be followed because the lifestyle, expectations, demands and needs of the
clients are changing, which have to be analysed and improved upon so that there is going to be
higher consequences which the business is going to have on their profitability (Duan, Li and
Zhao, 2021). Improvement in the transaction factor has also come up which has to be well
understood and make sure that there are decisions as well which are being taken so that there is

there is going to be higher decision making. There are a lot of decisions must must be made by

customers fulfil their demands and expectations (Diehr and Wilhelm, 2017). It is very important
for the marketing department to understand the clients so that there are going to be decisions

The job role in PowaKaddy is very interesting because of the equipments and the
reputation which the company is having in the market since 1983. The advertisement is very
simple and straight forward for the candidates which is why I am getting attracted to this
advertisement. Most of the companies try to make the advertisement more about attraction and
less about the content and expectations from the candidates and PowaKaddy is putting out a lot
of information which is a great factor. There is a brief detail about the company and the roles of
the manager and objectives of the company as well which need to be accomplished with the help

of technology and other techniques which the company is using. The information is very small in
size but there is a good simple language which is used candidates and me to understand them
effectively which is going to be a great factor. Performance of the seniors is also written in the
advertisement which is going to be a great factor for the overall development. The company is
having a lot of experience in the market which is going to be good for my development as well
and make me be able to gain a lot of experience and knowledge from this industry.
Not too many colours and other aspects are used in this advertisement as well. There is a
description of salary, bonus and other benefits which I would be receiving, Due to my skills and
knowledge in this field I would be able to get a better outcome and the results are going to be
higher as well. There are a lot of technology also which is being used in PowaKaddy which is
going to be beneficial for me as well. I would be able to get the right experience and knowledge
of technology which is going to be used so that there are right actions which are being taken.
Help for the candidate is also provided in the job advertisement which is techniques and methods
which are used in order to be able to get a higher functioning and performance which is going to
be a great factor for the overall working. Brand penetration is present in the market and that is
going to be a good factor and there is national retailer chain which is going to make sure that I
would be having the right working which is going to make the sales be present.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there are a lot of knowledge and skill
improvement and development so that the goals can be achieved. There are a lot of
responsibilities which are present on the marketing professional which has must be present so
that there are going to be higher outcomes which the company will be able to have. Strategies
have to be right which would make the risks factors reduce and make sure that there are right
actions and methods which are being followed by the company to be able to operate effectively.
