various marketing related services to their customers. In this assignment, the discussion will be

The following company is providing various marketing related services and solutions to
their customers in order to increase the brand awareness of the products and services of their
customers. Vista completes their operations by making use of Internet and various other means.
The main targets of the company are real estate businesses, retail and hospitality companies,
financial service provider companies, technology and telecom companies, sports companies and
some more. In addition to this, the company is also making use of advertising method in order to
promote and increase the number of their customers (Botha and Robertson, 2014). The
employees of the company are also encouraged to introduce and innovate new ideas so their
contribution could help in the growth and development of the company. It is providing their
customers with high quality services at low prices to their customers so that their satisfaction
level could be maintained and enhanced. The company also informs their customers about the

2014). It will help the company and customer both in getting good results from the effort made
by them.

It can be defined as the uniqueness in the products and services of an organisations which
makes the customers to switch to other brands. In case of Vista also, the USP is the
personalisation of the services which provides the customers with a new and better experience.

these companies is also severe so it becomes essential for the companies to make their
advertisements to look more attractive. It will help them in increasing the brand awareness and
capturing more market share (Gately and Cunningham, 2014). The reason behind choosing these
segments as customers is due to their large scale operations which also needs the advertisements
to be done on large scale. Ultimately it will result in good revenues for the company to have. The
target customers of the company are also vast and the potential customers in this area is also
high, so it will be beneficial for the company to target these customers in the market to earn good
profit.
Branding
The process which is involved in creating uniqueness in the name and image of a product
in the mind of the customers is known as branding. This uniqueness in the services of Vista
Limited will be created by providing good services to their customers with affordable prices.
Another way of making the services of the company unique is through Personalised Services
(Uhl and Gollenia, 2016). The company is also providing this facility to their customers which is
not provided by other companies and it will help Vista in being unique and attract potential

many more. Among all these skills, the employees of the company do possess some skills and
some not. Coordination and cooperation in between the employees of the company is good so it
is an advantage for the company. The company is also encouraging their employees to work
freely and find new ways of working which will help in the growth and development of the
company. So communication and time management skills are also in the employees of the
company. However, they need to be trained to deal in some tough situations calmly and
patiently. The improvement in these skills is important to make as a single wrong decision made
by them will spoil the whole work of the company.
Like every other organisation, the Directors and Shareholders are also important business
members for Vista Limited. These are important for an organisation as shareholders are the
person who have invested their money in the company and are also having the right to participate
in the decision making of the management (Rosati and Conti, 2016). So the decisions should be
made best in the interest of the organisation so that both the shareholders and the company could
make benefit out of it. Directors are also important as they possess with a wide range of
responsibilities such as making rules and regulations needed to be followed by the employees of
the Vista Limited. So the overall control of the company is in the hands of directors and their
importance increases for the efficient working of an organisation.

Two Competitors in the Market
There are many companies working in this industry and Vista Limited also do have some
competitors. Among all Left Productions and Crowd are the two companies who stand as
competitor for Vista Limited in the market. These two companies also have captured good
market share and stand in competition with Vista Limited (Simón-Moya and Revuelto-Taboada,
2016). The quality of services of these companies are also high so these are treated as
competitors as compared to other companies in the market. Innovations made by these
companies are also very rapid which attracts the customers. So it is also important for Vista
Limited to make regular innovations in their services so that it will become easy for it to avoid

It can be defined as the plan which is made in order to achieve the marketing objectives
of an organisation. In order to promote their own services, the company is making use of two
advertisement methods and many advertisement tools. These two methods are Above the Line
and Below the Line (Thébaud, 2015). Above the Line can be defined as those promotional
activities which are done at macro level and includes television, magazines, newspapers, press,
outdoors and many more (Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), & Through the Line
(TTL) Marketing, 2019). Below the Line are those promotional activities which are done at micro
level and includes email marketing, contextual ads, vertical banners, telemarketing, etc.
Costs and Pricing
The initial operational cost includes Rent and deposit of £15000, Equipment is of
£10000, Furniture is having the cost of £4000 and the Administrative Expenses is having the
price around £2500. The monthly expenses cost is also given which include Rent of £5000,
Administrative Expenses is having the cost of £1000, Monthly salary of the employees in Vista
is having £4200, logistics is having the cost around £1200 and the Advertising campaigns is
