It also includes a project management plan outlining costs, scope, time, and risk factors, along with a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart for project execution. Task 2 details the research methodology, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods, primary and secondary data collection through questionnaires. Task 3 presents the analysis of the collected data, with interpretation of themes such as gender, age groups, household size, and employment status. The data is presented in graphs and interpreted to understand the respondents' perspectives on globalisation. Finally, Task 4 reflects on the value of the research in meeting the stated objectives. The report concludes with a summary of findings and references.

Project management plan determined a formal and approved document that used to
manage project execution. Project management plan surrounded by the number of elements
that present in project management like scope, size, schedule , cost quantity , risk

on a specific assignment or project. So the cost is fixed by researcher will be approximately
3000 on the other hand cost include by organization is to be around 11000.
Scope: It is a very important term where task is required to fulfil goals and objectives
in a effective manner and also helps in increasing the productivity ( Daft, 2015) . As per the

in present time. As per the company ratio managers have evaluate the condition of
workplace.
Resources: It is also an necessary part of research where M&S require raw material,
money, labour force, technology, plant and machinery etc. It helps in achieving goals and
objective and increase brand image globally.
P3 Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart
Work Breakdown Structure
Work breakdown structure is considered as the method which divides complex tasks
and problems into smaller sub sections. It is mainly used in researches for converting large
tasks into small number of works that could be easily managed by researchers and helps
them in finishing off their work in effective manner ( Igarashi and Saito, 2014) . It is
considered as the outline map for employees of a company who can execute their business

Gantt Chart
Gantt chart is the graphical representation of overall project schedule. The chart
simply illustrates planning, monitoring, reviewing, coordinating of the specific project tasks.
It also reflects time limit or used time for specific task which have been consumed by
investigator while completing chosen project.

TASK 2
P4 Carry out small-scale research by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
For conducting an effective research, it is essential for researcher to evaluate
research methodology for purpose of conducting an effective research. It can be said that an
effective research methodology supports researcher in finding out required information
which contributes in completing it in effective manner ( Karadag, Kiliçoglu and Yilmaz,
2014) . It has been identified that there are two types of research method by investigator
reaches an appropriate outcome of research. Both of these methods are defined as below:
Qualitative research: Qualitative research method mainly focuses on finding out
conclusion of conducted research based on human perception. Basically, researcher gathers
information from respondent so that they could easily represent their thoughts effectively to
researcher. This helps investigator in completing research on chosen topic effectively.
Quantitative research: This research method is mainly based on numerical figures
and statistical data. Quantitative method is basically used by investigator in order to give
meaningful result to the specific research by using mathematical formulas and algorithms.
In the present research, investigator have adopted Qualitative research in order to
find out feasible and authentic outcome of this research in effective manner.
Primary method: It is the method of data collection in which investigator collects
information from respondents by personally interacting with them. In this collected data is
completely raw and authentic which provide best possible outcome of research ( Kennedy,
Welch and Monshipouri, 2017) . Primary data can be collected by using different sources like
interviews, Questionnaire, focus group, field trials, survey etc. Even though, it is a time
consuming method but it helps in approaching authentic information.

Secondary method: Secondary method of research provides information based on
the work of someone else that has been done by them in past. It can be said that, researcher
adopts this method for completing their research within the time limit effectively. This data
can be collected from variety of sources from published data like online articles, books,
Journals, newspapers, magazines and so on.
In this project, investigator have collected information from both the primary as well
as secondary sources of data collection for completing this project within the limit along
