INTRODUCTION
HRM is most essential part of any company. It plays a most important role in execute
various activities of activities of organisation to accomplish different operation in proper manner.
These activities are like recruitment of employee, allocation of different resources for production

organisation to enhance their skills and knowledge. Marks and Spencer is the UK based

also establish healthy relationship with different employee performing various roles in
organisation in proper manner. The HR manager of M&S mange and control different
