plays an essential part in attaining its all the targets and objectives. In the present assignment,
given company is Marks & Spencer which deals in clothing, luxury and home products,
groceries etc. It is a British multinational retailer which is headquartered in London. The report
covers different roles and characteristics of manager & leader as well as its its application in
certain situations. It also includes theories of leadership and key approaches to operations
management. Apart form this, significance & value of OM in attaining business objectives and
forces of business environment that influence operations management & decisions of managers
as well as leaders are included in the project.
