appropriate management and leadership within business practices has power to resolve conflicts,

influences company management when it provides their goods and services into international
market because other country political aspects knowledge and management is critical tasks
(Atnafu and Balda, 2018). It includes major factors that affecting on Mark and Spencer company
management are changes in tax rates which directly impacts on product prices. Thus this term
impacts on its product pricing factors.
