development of product, taste and preference pattern of customer so as to increase the
satisfaction level of customers.
M&S should also lay emphasis on factors which negatively impact the M&S company
while expanding market at global level. This should be done in order to enhance the
strength of an organization at pro-active level and phase.
M&S company should also focus on marketing of products and brand in global market
before launch
Data analysis was done about the negative impact of globalisation and was identifies that
brand image, product portfolio, production capacity will be affected. So in this case it can
be recommended that in order to overcome such impact M&S company can do PEST
analysis so as to examine the change taking place in political, cultural, social and
technological factors.

multinational retainer focus on coordinating with globalisation by expanding its market in France
(Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). While carrying out research I have faced many difficulties like lack
of time duration, less capital, inefficient skill of team mates, etc. Therefore because of less time
period I have adopted the strategy to collect data through primary sources so as to draw valid
conclusion and outcomes. Along with this it was very difficult for me to communicate with
France people, this was because of language differences. Thus, it indicates that I have to improve
my communication skills and have to focus on learning different language for business Purpose.
