M&S work on a five-year eco plan to help the customer and supplier in regard to decrease the
emission the plan include the decrease in the power store's energy by 25% with the help of green
electricity which can be stored. Organization also commit that they will buy as much as product
from the country itself for the betterment of the country and company as well.
Philanthropy: this factor includes the thing which can be donated by the organization this can
be food, clothes, products, services etc. M&S also done charity and donation to the new life
company donate the returned clothes to them. Company also donate the business surplus and
money raised from the recycling garments directly funded to the children and in NGO for the
betterment of them. M&S is large which has a lot of option and things to donate or charity with
that company help a lot of people specially the children and for the enhancement of their lives
by giving the funds and set the education fo0r the future benefits of the young generation.
Ethical labour practice: company can do this CSR factor by treat their employee of the
company well. As the company is growing and it's important for them to maintain and motivate

their team very well for the well-being of the company (Barnett, Henriques, and Husted,
2020).
