the British organisation that is conducting its business activities in different market area. Marks
and Spencer organisation is a well known retail company that is developed in year 1884. Founder
of Marks and Spencer company is Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer and its head office is
located at London, England, UK. The topic of this report is ‘What are the types of new initiatives
