It begins with an introduction outlining the importance of talent management in gaining a competitive edge. The project includes a detailed project management plan, encompassing cost, scope, quality, time, risk, resources, and communication strategies. A work breakdown structure (WBS) and Gantt chart are developed to schedule project activities. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods, including questionnaires and interviews with employees and managers.
