This project analyzes talent management strategies, focusing on Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a case study. The project begins with an introduction to talent management and its importance. The main body includes a literature review, research aims and objectives, a project management plan, a work breakdown structure, and a Gantt chart. The research methodology involves a positivism philosophy and a quantitative research approach, utilizing questionnaires for primary data collection from M&S employees. The questionnaire explores awareness of talent management concepts, effectiveness, benefits, and challenges. Data analysis reveals insights into employee perceptions of talent management strategies, challenges faced by M&S, and recommendations for improvement. The project concludes with recommendations for M&S to attract and retain talent, along with a personal performance review.
