Secondary data was used, and a questionnaire-based research strategy was employed. The findings indicate that technology integration enhances operational efficiency through improved communication, growth potential, and adoption of updated technological trends. Recommendations include prioritizing technology, fostering effective communication, and aligning strategies with company goals. The report concludes that technology integration is crucial for Netto (Marks & Spencer) to optimize its operations and achieve its business objectives by adapting to current technology trends.

case study on Marks and Spencer
Rationale – The present research topic which is integrating technology in
operations is an interesting topic as it will help the researcher in knowing
what exactly the technology changes are and how the up gradation in the
technology is being done on the basis of new changes taking place which
will help the Netto in knowing the business market changes which will be
taken to upgrade the technology on higher terms and according to the
current trends and techniques which are being used by the company. Also,
the rationale will help to provide the main characteristics of how the
technology is coping up with all its latest up gradations equally so that
operations of the company are taken into accordance effectively and
efficiently.

Literature Review –
Importance of Integrating Technology
According to Sledgianowski and et.al., (2017), Integrated technology is the process in
which the use of technology is done with the help of tools so that the companies can
allow the basic forms through which the technology can be used effectively and
efficiently in the organization and the operations run smooth and in proper manner so
that company is able to produce the products and services which helps in the its
formation on large scale.
Ways of Integrating Technology in Operations
As per Pérez-Lara and et.al., (2020), Integrated technology helps in the operations by
effective and efficient productivity which is seen through the scale of how the company
is taking concern in which the operations run on the scale of providing the company
better results in its services and products through upgraded technology. Three are
different ways through which integrated technology can be helpful in the operations
through effective communications, when there is potential for growth and updated
technological trends.

Best Suitable Way of Integration of Technology in Operations
According to Ritzén and et.al., (2017), The best suitable way through which
technology in operations can be useful and will help the organization in various
ways is through the effective communication which will help the company in
acknowledging the trends in the business market which are to be followed
effectively and in significant manner. Thus, this is the suitable way in which
operations of the company can be delivered effectively and in proper manner.
Research Methodology –
Sources of Data –
The sources of data which will be used in the research is secondary data.
Secondary data will help in making the data available through secondary and
primary research. In this, primary data research can be carried out with the help
of survey, focus groups, interviews, questionnaire etc (Peyrefitte and et.al.,
2018). For the primary data research, integrating technology in operations will
be carried out effectively and in significant manner.

Research Strategy –
The research strategy which will be done for integrating technology in operations
will be done through framing of questionnaire. The questionnaire will help in
providing the valuable information and will address the aspects through which all
the possible results and outcomes will be determined. This will also help the
company in knowing what are the key essential aspects in consideration of the
process of questionnaire framing through proper format.
Data Collection –
The data will be collected on the basis of the information which is collected in an
appropriate manner (Clark and et.al., 2018). This will help the in gaining
knowledge and skills through which all the possible aspects of knowing and
analyzing the significance of the research will be done through effective and
efficient manner possible. Thematic data analysis method is used in the current
study or the research which is being done in an appropriate manner.

Findings –
It was found that integrating technology in operations helped in knowing what are the
effective and efficient ways through which Netto can make and create the ways of
working in significant manner and providing the customers the products and services
on the scale of how the process in the company is being valued and is followed on
significant basis. It was also found that the three ways which were effective
communication, potential for growth and updated technological trends in the business
helped the company in knowing how effectively and in what manner the company can
initiate the process of operations which helps in qualifying how the company will take
and produce the products and services at par excellence with the help of the integration
in the technology in the operations (Vårheim and et.al., 2019).
This will help the company in making and initiating the processes through which all the
aspects of external business and the current technology trends are fulfilled effectively
and efficiently. Also, it was also found that integrated technology helped the company
in evaluating and analyzing its operations on large scales which will be helpful in
knowing what is the basis through which business can be effectively and efficiently run
so that the company gains more profit and operations are carried out successfully in the
market structure.

Recommendation – There are various recommendations which should be considered by the
company on large scale in an effective and efficient manner. The various recommendations are as
follows –
Integrated technology in operations should be processed on effective and efficient scales so that the
company is able to analyze and evaluate its operations.
Technology should be considered as an important aspect so that the company is able to make the
changes in the process and the operations on large scale (Pisani and et.al., 2017).
Effective communication should be processed within the company or organization so that it
becomes easy for the company to evaluate and analyze the basis through which all the processes are
being run effectively and efficiently.
The main aim of the company should be taken into accordance so that the goals and objectives are
fulfilled on the scale of providing the results in an appropriate manner possible.
The operations of the company should be evaluated on the scales of providing effective and efficient
forms of how the steps are being taken in its regulation.
Various strategies should be framed so that the company is able to analyze and evaluate the various
steps which are to be taken in the future process of achieving goals and objectives.
Thus, these are some of the recommendations which will be helpful in maintaining the scale of how
the things are to be evaluated in an effective and efficient manner possible. These recommendations
will also help the company in analyzing the various ways through which operations can be carried
out significantly and in effective manner possible.

Conclusion
Thus, it is concluded from the above report that integration
technology in operations of Netto helped in analyzing the various ways
through which the company will initiate the processes of knowing what are
the scales through which effective and efficient possible solution is possible
and this helps in knowing the diversified for of providing the literature
review along with the aim and objectives which were framed and long with
this research methodology was also being analyzed on large basis which
included data collection, sources of data and research strategy in a
significant manner possible.
