1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
There are certain targets which are associated with CSR activities
conducted in Marriott hotel, such as achievement of all sustainable
objectives.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, CSR activities aided in achieving all the objectives in more
effective manner. There are many benefits such as betterment in
image of company, etc.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and

With the aid of project management plan I was able to outline
each and every activity in a effective manner. This allowed me in
reducing time taken ensured that work was completed in set
time.

The collection of information and data was very difficult and this
was tackled by various techniques that allowed me in gathering
entire required information effectively.

It is a new research topic for me and I learned that CSR activities
help organisation in achieving all targets in a very effective

I would rate myself 9 out of 10 as I feel that I have displayed
good skills and abilities in conducting this research.

identify?
There are certain strengths such as my communication skills
allowed me to interact with other individuals in more effective
and efficient manner. While there were certain weakness such as
my analytical skills hindered my work.
