The criteria of this presentation is based on Managing the costumer experience in which
my contribution my contribution was in gathering data form the relevant sources as well as from
company’s website. Main objective behind this to evaluate views and opinions of customer
towards Marriott hotel and its services. Furthermore, I contribute to choose appropriate templet
on which I can creatively represent my ideas. In this respect, I also evaluated data from different
books and journals for the effective evaluation of each and every information. By taking part in
this project, I analysed that hospitality is one of the fastest growing industry which focuses on
serving desired services to customers. The type of businesses within hospitality industry are
hotel, pub, restaurant, travel and tourism, lodging and so on. By analysing different sources, I
evaluated that Hospitality is 4th biggest player in the UK which provides its contribution in the
development of economy. They serve food and beverages, accommodation, convince, drinks,
games and many more to their customers. According to me, global growth has a direct impact
over the hospitality industry because its helps in expanding structure of tourism. Economic
impacts of tourism development are usually held to balance tourism economic benefits
effectively. Main objective of this sector is to provide required service to customer by analysing
their requirements and needs. Hospitality is one of the fastest growing industry and it creates
several opportunities for so many people thus it grabs my interest towards this. This is the only
reason that I choose the topic for the presentation. In this presentation, my friends, my professors
and my family member also provide their support to me by which I successfully pursue my
assignment. With the help of this, I come to learn that sill development is very important which
helps in accomplishing the future goals and objectives. These kind of practices helps me in
developing my future career practices in order to develop myself as professional thinker. Major
areas that I need to improve in my practicing career is based on my learning practices. Therefore,
I need to pay my maximum attention towards such.
In the process of preparing above presentation, I learnt various lessons. One of the major
skill that I developed is communication skills. This report is focusing on learning knowledge and
theories related to different skill set that will be required to satisfy customers. During this report,
I understood that to satisfy customers, it is essential that marketer establish good relations with
targeted customers. To develop good relations, I need to have analytical capabilities which will
be helpful in understanding the needs and wants of customers. Furthermore, as a manager, I need
to have clear coordination with my employees too, so that I can direct them in right direction.
Overall I can state that through this presentation I have learnt so many thinks in the
context of hospitality industry as hoe to manage customer experience, hoe to provide them
effective services as well as how to improve business profitability.
