Research methodology - Research methodology is defined as the way which is used
bythe management of company in order to analyse the need of employee engagement
within the hotel. It is very important for the management to analyse the research
methodology before starting the achievement of goals and objectives. The concept of
research onion was given by Saunders. According to him, there are various levels of
research onion used while conducting research for knowing the need of employee
engagement.

managing the value of employee engagement within the hotel. There are different
research philosophy used for managing the data in effective manner. The data related to

interpretivism approach. According to this approach, there is need of intervention and
