The consultancy project is determined as a task &work in which the researcher offer
knowledge & skill in order to achieve actual output in organisation. The main purpose of
researcher is to estimate time& cost needed for accomplishing task. In this report, Marriott
International is taken into consideration. It is an American International Organisation which
operate, franchise &lodging involving residential properties. This company was founded by J.
William Marriott and Alice Marriott in year of 1927. In this report, there is a discussion
regarding cause and effect of different managerial challenge in hospitality sector and also
provide a discussion regarding a management theory and assess as well as interpret different kind
complexity &the effect of outcome in real life situation is also discussed in this
