hotel is a hospitality company that serves all around the world. The company was founded by J.
Willard Marriott in 1957 and is based in the US. The company serves in more than 566
locational all around the world and wants to expand the business by developing the personal
and professional skill of the employee. Development of personal and professional skill includes
many benefits for the employee as well as an employer (Gupta, 2018).

Professional development helps in maintain the retention of the employee staff in the
company. Marriott is a hospitality company and serves the customer by providing them with
