Recently, I have watched the movie Mary kom which is based on the real life story of an
Indian Olympic boxer from Manipur. She is the only woman who achieved the owner of
becoming World Amateur Boxing champion and made the record of six times, and the
merely woman boxer to have gained a medal in each one of the seven world tournaments. the
movie had showcase her journey is very efficient manner and made understanding about all
the downfalls she faced in her journey of this tremendous success. One of mu colleague also
watched the movie and liked the concept of framing the incidents.
The movie could be stated as an inspirational framework which can be watched by all the age
group of people to be courage and understand the value of hard work and self-confidence.
The movie had also made understanding about the sports culture and facilities for the boxer
of India which enhanced the knowledge in significant manner (Rajbanshi, 2015). One of my
friend did not liked the movies as according to him the story telling is bit slow and nor
justifying to the actual like of Mary Kom but in my opinion the movie is good and could be
watched at least once.
